The Texas Home Living Waiver provides selected essential services and supports to people with mental retardation who live in their family homes or their own homes.
Services:

· Dental treatment

About HCS

The HCS Program provides individualized services and supports to persons with mental retardation who are living with their family, in their own home, or in other community settings, such as small group homes.
Services:
· Case management
· Adaptive aids
· Minor home modifications
· Counseling and therapies (includes audiology, speech/language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, dietary services, social work, and psychology)
· Dental treatment
· Nursing
· Residential assistance
· Supported home living
· Foster/companion care
· Supervised living
· Residential support
· Respite
· Day habilitation
· Supported employment

About Us

We will strive to provide individual plans for all participants consisting of goals and objectives that improve or maintain an individual's level of independence. Day Habilitation activities will provide age-appropriate enrichment activities and community interaction for people with disabilities or complex medical conditions. These activities include, but are not limited to, gardening, music, movies, crafts, socializing with friends, exercising, cultural trips and independent living skills. The activities stimulate self-awareness and encourage socialization while providing the physical, rehabilitative, and social services. All services will be seen as interrelated activities in an integrated and ongoing care process.


The Mission Statement of Above & Beyond Caring, LLC is to be aware of the basic service needs of individuals with disabilities in the community and to provide support whenever possible. We will do our best to take the necessary steps to deliver high quality services to all individuals who choose to participate in our program. We will interact together with families and service providers with integrity and fairness. All members of our tem will enthusiastically provide quality care in an ethical manner.
